Our hand-made lavender dryer bags are a great alternative to softener sheets that are laden with chemicals.  They can last 30-40 dryer cycles provided that you put the dryer bag back in the plastic bag after the dryer cycle is over to keep the lavender fresh.  The colors and patterns of the bag vary and are picked to stand out from the clothing most people would wear so that it is easy to find.
